Tips to get the most from our yoga classes.

Caveats:
- Eat only light food before class.
- Listen to your body; try to relax into the posture.
- Feeling
the edge is good; pain is not.
- Pay particular attention to joint
discomfort. Muscles will stretch, joints less so.
- Some days you will
be much more flexible than others. Honor where you are physically (and
emotionally).
It is always okay to stop a posture and release.
Your own practice:
- 3 times per week for 15 minutes.
- Include pranayam (breathing exercises) and relaxation.
- Practice at the same time each
day to reinforce your goal.
- Get your own yoga mat.
- Find a private
spot at home for your yoga.
